The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making sure all our needs were met. The location of Palazzo Maringelli is also worth mentioning, as it provided easy access to the main attractions of Polignano a Mare.

The only minor issue I encountered during my stay was the roof terrace.

While overall, my stay was fantastic, there was one minor inconvenience. The city tax had to be paid by cash, and unfortunately, they didn't have any change.
